To provide quality products in stipulated time frame, we follow Kanban and Kaizen principles in manufacturing and management. Our product range includes PTFE Products like PTFE Gaskets, PTFE Bellows, PTFE Rods & Bushes, Valve Seats, Hydraulic Slides, Chevron Packings & Seals and Compressor Rings & Bushes. We also offer Thermoplast Products. We are known in the industry for distinct qualities of our products, like for tensile strength, hardness, elongation, compression set, resistance to chemicals, high pressure & temperature.
We are assisted in our efforts by our well equipped infrastructure, where we manufacture products as pet the international standard. Our experts continuously engaged in working towards developing and manufacturing quality range of products. We also offer customization in our range to suit the exact needs of our clients. Our success can be attributed to the continuous efforts of our team, led by our mentor Mr. Ram M. Chinchole, without whose mentorship, our journey to success would not have been completed. He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 13 years of experience in Polymer industry, and having vision and foresightedness to touch the heights of success. |

We manufacture a broad array of Thermoplast products including LDPE, HDPE, Nylon6, Nylon66, Glass Filled Nylon, P.P.PBT, PET, TPE, Arnite Molding & M/cing as per Customer drawings and customer requirement. Also, we provide virgin PTFE & Filler Grade I, 15% GFT, 25% GFT, CGFT, 60% Bronze Filled PTFE, 5% Mos2 + 5% Glass, 25% & 35% CFT, 40% Bronze + 5% Mos2 etc. Our range extends to products like Gaskets, Rod Seals, Piston Seals, Rings, V-Pkgs, Gland Pkgs, Chevron Seals, Envelope Gasket, PTFE Bellows, Hydraulic Strip, Valves Seats & Gasket, PTFE Tape, Hydraulic Seal Kit and custom made items.

Ft.,Our large manufacturing unit is well equipped with all the requisite machinery and huge capacity of producing PTFE & thermoplastic components in bulk. We take special care of safety of operation, and have therefore installed enough safety equipment at our premises.
